By booking a guided fishing trip, purchasing merchandise, or using the Come and Wade It website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Guided Fishing Trip Reservations

Guided fishing trips may be reserved by either:

• Paying a $150 deposit; or

• Paying the full trip balance at the time of booking.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Remaining Trip Balance

If a deposit is selected, the remaining balance is due on the day of the trip prior to departure.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash

• Venmo

• Credit Card

Weather & Captain Discretion

Captain Landon reserves the right to cancel, postpone, shorten, or reschedule trips due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or success of the trip.

All weather and safety decisions are made at the sole discretion of Captain Landon.

Fishing Licenses

Guests are responsible for obtaining and carrying any required Texas fishing licenses and endorsements prior to the trip.

Failure to possess a valid fishing license does not qualify for a refund.

Assumption of Risk

Fishing, boating, and wade fishing involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slippery surfaces

• Uneven terrain

• Water-related hazards

• Exposure to weather conditions

• Marine wildlife

• Fishing hooks and equipment

• Boat travel and transportation

By participating in a guided trip, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

Liability

Come and Wade It and Captain Landon shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, lost or stolen items, damaged equipment, travel expenses, lodging expenses, or any other direct or indirect losses incurred before, during, or after a trip.

Guests participate at their own risk.

Photography & Media Release

Come and Wade It may photograph, record video, or otherwise capture content during guided fishing trips.

By participating in a trip, guests grant Come and Wade It permission to use photographs, video footage, audio recordings, likenesses, fishing catches, testimonials, and related content for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, promotional materials, and other business purposes without compensation.

Guests who prefer not to appear in photos or videos must notify Captain Landon prior to the start of the trip, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate that request.

Guest Conduct

Captain Landon reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a trip, or remove participants without refund if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, abusive, or creates a risk to other guests, equipment, or property.

Merchandise Sales

All merchandise purchases are subject to product availability.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturing processes.

Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Come and Wade It is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once merchandise has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Merchandise returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, merchandise artwork, and branding associated with Come and Wade It are the property of Come and Wade It and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

Come and Wade It reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon posting.
