Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guided Fishing Trips

Deposits

A $150 deposit is required to reserve your guided fishing trip. Deposits are non-refundable.

Guest Cancellations

Guests who cancel within 7 days of their scheduled trip will forfeit their deposit.

Guests who have paid in full and cancel more than 7 days before their trip may be eligible for a refund of any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Captain Cancellations

If Captain Landon cancels due to weather, unsafe conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control, guests may choose to:

  • Reschedule their trip, or

  • Receive a refund of all payments made

No-Shows

Failure to arrive at the designated launch location at the agreed-upon time may be considered a no-show and may result in cancellation without refund.

Merchandise Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Come and Wade It.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Returns

Unused merchandise in its original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of damage

  • In original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or washing

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account after processing.
