Certain products may be produced or fulfilled by third-party manufacturing or fulfillment partners and may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using carriers selected by Come and Wade It, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery providers.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Come and Wade It is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Dropship and Third-Party Fulfillment Products

Some products may be manufactured, fulfilled, or shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

These products may:

  • Ship separately from other items in your order

  • Arrive in multiple packages

  • Have different processing and delivery timelines

Estimated shipping dates for these items are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Come and Wade It is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If a package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit, customers should first contact the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
